News Update!

It's been a while since I did one of these... so NeoToonami doesn't have a new update but I do have a few new updates for ya. Well first of all, a new AVGN (Angry Video Game Nerd) episode is out and this time it is a review of Ninja Gaiden, as I am typing this I actually haven't seen it but to watch it just go to: this link here.

And the next little announcement is for the two new updates on Dothackers.net, you see one of the updates is for their facebook account and the other new update is for the official box art of .hack//link, of course it's for the Japanese version, if you want to see what the box art will look like then just visit dothackers.net and it should be the second newest post.

And, finally the main reason I made this whole freakin post was because of some great news that was tweeted by the good old people at Anime News Network, so you see before I tell you what the news is I want to give some background sort of, you see a little while ago Adult Swim teased all of us anime fans by saying they "think" they "maybe" "might have" bought 3 new anime, and shortly after they made changes to their schedule, showing something marked "New Anime" for Saturday of February 13th (or was it 14th?), and now finally that "New Anime" has been revealed as one of my favorite anime of 2009 and as one of the anime I totally anticipated would be one of the three they "might have" bought, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood! Now my Saturdays won't just be re-runs, they will be filled with brand new Fullmetal Alchemist awesomeness! Also I really hope the other two anime are Inuyasha: The Final Act and D. Gray-man, or maybe Soul Eater... anyway when I do find out what those other anime are I will be sure to make a post about it, oh and you can find the full article about Adult Swim airing Brotherhood: here, on Anime News Network.

dothackers and NeoToonami updates

Well the Neotoonami update isn't much of an actual update, it just like a "visit this youtube channel to watch old Toonami bumps" update. But dothackers really has an update...

And that update is kind of important... you see when something happens, like a series ending or a twist ending people over analyze the crap out of it, I mean there are people still over analyzing the ending of Code Geass, I won't say what the ending is but if you know what I'm talking about then you should know about how people can over analyze it, and when they said that .hack//Link was the end of .hack, people over analyzed that statement and said things like ".hack may be ending but what about a cool spin-off?" and what not, but an interview with CC2 president Matsuyama, tells us that "...in no uncertain terms that while some anime, manga, etc. will continue for about a year, after that, .hack will end. This is the third and final "season" of .hack." so I am guessing that means no MMO based on the WORLD? If so that really brings me down, it's like CC2 is sitting on a goldmine but has some reason to not dig up the gold and cash it in. To see the full article just click here.

New .hack//Link trailer and Accel 3 Tips

No new updates on NeoToonami, well a little Christmas picture and if you want to see it just head over to NeoToonami.com. But on good old Dothackers was a new trailer for .hack//Link:

Oh yeah and that other thing in the title, I have a few tips for some of those hard missions in Accel 3. First off, there is going to be a mission that you need to get a 40 hit combo against Shino and Kankuro, both of which are very cheap, so to beat them just choose Itachi and pick Amaterasu as your jutsu then just constantly spam it on the both of them at the same time over and over, and if you can try to get some ougis in there and also try to kill Kankuro first because he likes to spam his poison jutsu... alot. And for the Kabuchimaru (or whatever you call him) mission then use Jiraiya and keep doing your circle, circle, circle combo with an ougi at the end of the combo, do that three times then just try to use the circle, circle, circle combo again and it should kill him.

NeoToonami and .Hack//Link Demo

Ok let's start with what was first in the title, NeoToonami. Well, NeoToonami is basically a revival of the awesomeness that was the Toonami block on Cartoon Network, but NeoToonami isn't made by the Toonami staff or anyone official, it's just the dedicated fans who miss it so much. I for one support NeoToonami and if you want anymore information on NeoToonami since I was quite vague about it just visit NeoToonami.com

Now onto the .Hack//Link Demo! Ok if you don't know what .Hack is... uhhh... wow It's hard to explain but in simple terms it's an RPG series by CyberConnect2 and their newest and sadly their final game in the series is .Hack//Link on the PSP. And the demo just recently came out on the Japanese PSN (Playstation Network), so naturally since I have a Japanese PSN account I just had to download it and play it right when I found out. And wow I have to say I am sad that .Hack//Link is going to be the final game but I can say that from what I played it is going out with a bang. It was alot like G.U. with the real time combat but it had more... I guess I wanna say "tag-team" elements. Also those "team special" things are so awesome that I seriously couldn't wait to see the "special" for each character. Oh and speaking of characters, you had a choice of 2 partners (technically 3 since Kite is your partner in the tutorial part...) and 3 levels (4 if you count the tutorial one). The two partners are Haseo from .Hack//G.U. and Tsukasa from .Hack//SIGN (yes the anime series) and I sort of confirmed it was Tsukasa and not Elk from the original .Hack series because of his "team special"... thing... sorry I really don't know what to call it. I seriously hope this game comes out in America but I do think it will since the other games did and this is the last in the series so they really don't have much to lose by releasing one more game... at least I hope. For more info on .Hack//Link and anything else .Hack related then visit: dothackers.net
